68E-27.012. Supplies and Protection

Effective on Tuesday, September 30, 1975

1(1) Seafood received shall be clean, wholesome, free from spoilage and safe for human consumption.

16(2) Seafood while being handled in a primary or secondary production plant shall be protected from dust, flies, rodents and other vermin, toxic materials, unclean equipment and utensils, unnecessary handling, flooding by sewage, overhead leakage and all other sources of contamination.
