69A-21.238. Inspection, Maintenance and Hydrostatic Tests; Replacement While Recharging

1No licenseholder shall remove or permit any of his or her employees to remove any in-service fire extinguisher from its designed location for maintenance purposes without first meeting the requirements of NFPA 10, the edition as adopted in Rule Chapter 69A-3, F.A.C.
