69A-49. Uniform Fire Safety Standards For Self-Service Gasoline Stations |
1(1) Self-service gasoline stations shall comply with the fire safety requirements of the National Fire Protection Association standards as adopted in rule 2369A-3.012, 24F.A.C., except as modified by section 30526.141, F.S.
32(2) Additional applicable fire protection standards specifically referenced in Chapter 6, NFPA 30, the edition as adopted in rule 5169A-3.012, 52F.A.C., Chapter 9, NFPA 30A, the edition as adopted in rule 6369A-3.012, 64F.A.C., and Chapter 28-2, NFPA 1, the edition as adopted in rule 7669A-3.012, 77F.A.C., which are applicable to self-service gasoline stations and the edition of such standards listed in rule 9469A-3.012, 95F.A.C., shall apply.
98(3) Buildings or structures which are constructed to complement other operations associated with self-service gasoline stations shall comply with the applicable requirements of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, as adopted in rule 13069A-3.012, 131F.A.C.
132(4) All self-service gasoline stations shall be operated in accordance with section 144526.141, F.S.
