69B-215.080. Immigration Bonds

Effective on Monday, July 5, 2010

1A general lines agent license is required in order to transact surety bond business, including immigration bonds, in the State of 22Florida23. A general lines agent license does not qualify the licensee to transact bail bond business. The general lines agent licensee must also be properly appointed by the surety as required by Sections 56626.112 57and 58626.331, F.S.
