69B-221.006. Immigration Bonds Exclusion

1The term “limited surety agent” does not include an individual authorized to transact immigration bond business. A limited surety (bail bond) agent license is required to transact bail bond business in the State of 35Florida, 36but it does not qualify the licensee to transact business involving other types of surety bonds, including immigration bonds.
