69B-228.010. Purpose

Effective on Wednesday, April 12, 2017

1The purpose of this rule chapter is to establish requirements and standards for all continuing education courses, providers of continuing education courses, and records for all persons licensed to transact business or adjust claims in insurance or act as a limited surety or bail bond agent in this state.
