69B-241. Penalty Guidelines For Bail Bond Agents |
1If it is found that the licensee has violated any of the following subsections of section 17648.44, F.S., 19the following stated penalty shall apply:
25(1) Section 27648.44(1)(a), F.S. 29– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 3 months up to 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
56(2) Section 58648.44(1)(b), F.S. 60– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
87(3) Section 89648.44(1)(c), F.S. 91– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 3 months up to 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
118(4) Section 120648.44(1)(d), F.S. 122– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
149(5) Section 151648.44(1)(e), F.S. 153– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
180(6) Section 182648.44(1)(f), F.S. 184– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
211(7) Section 213648.44(1)(g), F.S. 215– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 3 months up to 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
245(8) Section 247648.44(1)(h), F.S. 249– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
276(9) Section 278648.44(1)(i), F.S. 280– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
307(10) Section 309648.44(1)(j), F.S. 311– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
338(11) Section 340648.44(1)(k), F.S. 342– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 3 months up to 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
372(12) Section 374648.44(1)(l), F.S. 376– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 3 months up to 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
406(13) Section 408648.44(1)(m), F.S. 410– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 3 months up to 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
440(14) Section 442648.44(1)(n), F.S. 444– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 3 months up to 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
474(15) Section 476648.44(1)(o), F.S. 478– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
505(16) Section 507648.44(1)(p), F.S. 509– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
536(17) Section 538648.44(2), F.S. 540– Suspension for 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
567(18) Section 569648.44(3), F.S. 571– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not more than 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
597(19) Section 599648.44(4), F.S. 601– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not more than 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
627(20) Section 629648.44(5), F.S. 631– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not more than 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
657(21) Section 659648.44(6)(a), F.S. 661– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not more than 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
687(22) Section 689648.44(6)(b), F.S. 691– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
721(23) Section 723648.44(6)(c), F.S. 725– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not more than 12 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
751(24) Section 753648.44(6)(d), F.S. 755– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
785(25) Section 787648.44(6)(e), F.S. 789– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
819(26) Section 821648.44(7), F.S. 823– Suspension for not more than 3 months for the first violation; suspension for not less than 12 months up to 24 months for every violation subsequent to the first.
853(27) Section 855648.44(8)(a), F.S. 857– Revocation.
859(28) The period of suspension may not exceed 2 years (24 months) as required by section 875648.49(1), F.S.
877(29) A person who has had his/her license suspended for 2 years (24 months) will need to re-apply for licensure as provided in rule 69B-241.200, F.A.C.
