69I-24.001. Application of Rule

Effective on Tuesday, September 3, 1991

1These rules shall apply whenever a vendor furnishes goods or services to an agency and whenever state officers and employees seek travel and other reimbursements. These rules shall apply whenever the receipt of invoice and the receipt, inspection and approval of the goods and services has occurred on or after January 1, 1990, or when approval for reimbursement to state officers and employees has been granted on or after January 1, 1990.
