69K-14.013. Attendance of Meetings by Board Members

Effective on Thursday, May 20, 1993

1Unexcused absences of a board member are absences not due to the following situations:

15(1) Medical problems of a board member or a board member’s family including but limited to illness, surgery, emergency care and/or hospitalization.

37(2) Death of a family member and/or attendance at the family member’s funeral.

50(3) Any conflict, extraordinary circumstance, or event approved by the chairman of the board.
