69K-16.001. Examination for Embalmer Applicants.

  • 1(1) Any person desiring to be licensed as an embalmer shall apply to the Department and successfully pass the required licensure examinations.

    23(2) The following shall constitute successful passage of the required licensure examination for embalmer applicants:

    38(a) Attaining a score of seventy-five percent (75%) on the Funeral Services Science section of the National Board Examination prepared by the Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards, and

    67(b) Attaining a score of seventy-five percent (75%) on the examination prepared and administered by the Department of Financial Services as set forth in Rule 9269K-16.0001, 93F.A.C.
