69K-24.022. Inspection Criteria for Removal Services.

Effective on Monday, September 18, 1995

1Each removal service shall be inspected prior to the issuance and annually for renewal of its license and shall meet the following criteria:

24(1) Compliance with rule 2869K-24.021, 29F.A.C.

30(2) Either have on site or immediately available sufficient sealed containers of a type required for the transportation of bodies.

50(3) Maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition.

60(4) Have Department of Environmental Protection permits, when required.

69(5) All signed contracts are to be retained for a period of at least two years.
