69K-24.023. Duplicate License and Renewal Penalty Fees for Removal Services.

Effective on Thursday, November 11, 1999

1(1) The fee for each duplicate license shall be $25. To obtain a duplicate license, a licensee must inform the department that the licensee needs a duplicate license and pay the duplicate license fee to the department.

38(2) The renewal penalty fee for a delinquent license shall be $50.00.
