69K-24.032. Inspection Criteria for Refrigeration Services.

Effective on Sunday, May 21, 1995

1Each refrigeration service shall be inspected prior to the issuance and renewal of its license and shall meet the following criteria:

22(1) Compliance with rule 2669K-24.031, 27F.A.C.

28(2) Either have on site or immediately available sufficient sealed containers of a type required for the transportation of bodies.

48(3) Maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition.

58(4) Have Department of Environmental Protection permits, when required.

67(5) All signed contracts are to be retained for a period of at least two years.
