1(1) The Board specifically finds that no presumption shall arise as to equivalence or stringency of requirements or examinations of other states except as provided by this rule, and that a determination of equivalence or stringency shall be determined in the manner set forth herein.
46(2) The Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services determines that persons who have successfully completed a course, embracing at least the subjects specified in section 72497.368(1)(d), 73(e), F.S., at a school or college approved by the American Board of Funeral Service Education or by this Board and who have passed an embalmer examination administered by a licensing agency of another state or The Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards with a score of at least 75% on all sections of the examination and who hold a current valid license to practice embalming in the original state of licensure are considered to have met standards substantially equivalent to the requirements of this state.
