69L-3.0033. Electronic Filing of Workers' Compensation Forms (Transferred)

Effective on Monday, June 30, 2014

1Forms DFS-F2-DWC-1, DFS-F2-DWC-4, DFS-F2-DWC-12 and DFS-F2-DWC-13, as incorporated in Rule 1169L-3.025, 12F.A.C., shall be reported to the Division using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Requirements for EDI reporting are located in Rules 3269L-56.301, 3369L-56.304, 3469L-56.3045, 3569L-56.3012 36and 3769L-56.3013, 38F.A.C.
