69O-154.530. Renewal of Group Health Insurance

Effective on Monday, March 12, 2001

1An insurer or health maintenance organization that issues a group health insurance policy must renew or continue in force such coverage at the option of the policyholder. Employers are eligible to renew that exact coverage, subject to the participation requirement provisions of Sections 44627.6571(2) 45and 46641.31074(2), F.S.
