69O-163.002. Premium Rates

Effective on Tuesday, February 11, 2003

1(1) Premium rates for Credit Life and Credit Disability Insurance shall be filed with the Office, and

18(2) The creditor (person, firm or corporation) shall not add any additional charge to the premium set by the insurance company and on file with the Office.
