69O-184.009. Hold Harmless Agreement in Contract Prohibited

Effective on Tuesday, December 24, 1974

1No insurance company shall provide insurance in respect to transactions covered by these rules and regulations under any agreement whereby the insurer shall be held harmless against losses on any part or parts thereof on such insurance except by another insurance company.
