69O-197.006. Insurance Administrator Annual Statement

Effective on Tuesday, December 19, 2023

1(1) An annual statement and a $250 filing fee shall be filed with the Office within 3 months after the end of the insurance administrator’s fiscal year on Form OIR-A3-975, “Annual Statement,” effective 7/23, hereby incorporated by reference and available at 43http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-1604845.
