69T-1.001. Organizational Structure
1(1) The following organizational units are established in the Of11fice of Financial Regulation:
15(a) Office of Inspector General;
20(b) Office of General Counsel;
25(c) Division of Financial Institutions, which shall include the following bureaus:
361. Bureau of Bank Regulation,
412. Bureau of Credit Union Regulation.
47(d) Division of Securities, which shall include the following bureaus:
571. Bureau of Enforcement;
612. Bureau of Registration.
65(e) Division of Consumer Finance, which shall include the following bureaus:
761. Bureau of Enforcement;
802. Bureau of Registration.
84(f) Bureau of Financial Investigations as required by section 9320.121(3)(a)2., F.S.
95(g) Office of Communications.
99(2) There is established under the Director of the Office of Financial Regulation the position of assistant director. The assistant director will aid the director in fulfilling the director’s statutory obligations. The director may be known as the Commissioner of the Office of Financial Regulation and the assistant director may be known as the Deputy Commissioner of the Office of Financial Regulation.
161(3) The Office of Inspector General shall be headed by an inspector general.
174(4) The Office of General Counsel shall be headed by a general counsel.
187(5) The Office of Communications shall be headed by a director.
198(6) Each division shall be headed by a director.
207(7) Each bureau shall be headed by a chief.
