69U-105.601. Scope

Effective on Wednesday, April 15, 1998

1These rules contain procedures by which OFR may reach informed decisions with respect to applications filed to effect a merger of any financial institution into a resulting state financial institution as provided in Sections 35658.41 36through 37658.45, F.S., 39and any other applicable provisions of the Florida Statutes. Applications filed pursuant to Rules 5369U-105.601 54thru 5569U-105.610, 56F.A.C., shall be processed in all respects pursuant to Rules 6669U-105.101 67thru 69U-105.115, F.A.C.
