69V-160.001. Licensee Defined

Effective on Monday, September 1, 1975

1For the purposes of the rules in this chapter, “licensee” shall mean and intend any licensee under Chapter 516, FS.; and, with respect to any prohibited activities in said chapter, the term shall also include officers, directors, managers and employees of the licensee.
