69V-40.003. Electronic Filing of Forms and Fees

Effective on Monday, November 9, 2015

1(1) All forms adopted under paragraph 769V-40.002(1)(a), 8F.A.C., must be electronically filed through the Registry.

16(2) Unless otherwise specifically instructed in this Rule Chapter all fees required in conjunction with an initial application, amendment, and license renewal must be filed electronically through the Registry.

45(3) Annual Financial Audit Reports required in Section 53494.0063, F.S., 55must be filed electronically through the Registry.
