69A-21.201. Scope

Effective on Wednesday, October 20, 1993

1The provisions of Part II of this chapter shall apply to licensed fire equipment dealers when installing, maintaining, recharging or otherwise servicing portable extinguishing equipment, and other portable devices for fire extinguishment, excluding pre-engineered fire protection systems, which are addressed in Part III.
