69A-21. Fire Extinguishers And Pre-Engineered Systems |
1(1) A standard service tag shall be affixed to pre-engineered fire protection systems when the system is found to be in compliance with Chapter 633, F.S., this rule and the standards adopted pursuant to Rule Chapter 69A-3, F.A.C. The standard service tag on a pre-engineered fire protection system shall indicate that the person, whose name and permit number appear on the tag, has serviced the system in compliance with this rule and the standards adopted herein.
77(2) The standard service tag shall comply with the specifications embodied in subsection 9069A-21.241(1), 91F.A.C.
92(3) The standard service tag shall be completed and affixed to pre-engineered fire protection systems as described in Rule 11169A-21.240 112and subsection 11469A-21.241(1), 115F.A.C.
116(4) The verification service collar requirements of subsection 12469A-21.241(2), 125F.A.C., shall be applicable to pre-engineered fire protection systems.
134(5) The six year maintenance record tag requirements of paragraph 14469A-21.237(2)(b), 145F.A.C., shall be applicable to pre-engineered fire protection systems.
154(6) The hydrostatic test record tag requirements of Rule 16369A-21.245, 164F.A.C., shall be applicable to pre-engineered fire protection systems.
