69A-36.102. Staffing Ratios

Effective on Wednesday, July 11, 2001

1Ratios of staff personnel to children for both new and existing facilities shall be those ratios established by the Florida Department of Children and Family Services as required by section 31402.305(4), F.S., 33and as adopted pursuant thereto by the rules of the Florida Department of Children and Family Services in subsection 5265C-22.001(4), 53F.A.C.
