69A-36.108. Family Day Care Homes and Group Day Care Homes

Effective on Wednesday, July 11, 2001

1The subclassifications and definitions of “Day Care Homes” as set forth in Section 16.6.1.4.1 and 17.6.1.4.1 of NFPA 101 2000 Edition, to wit, “Family Day Care Homes,” and “Group Day Care Homes,” shall not apply to any facility licensed as a family day care home pursuant to section 51402.305, F.S. 53Any facility licensed as a Family Day Care Home pursuant to section 65402.305, F.S., 67shall be classified as a “Family Day Care Home” and defined in accordance with the definition of “Family Day Care Home” located in section 91402.302(7), F.S.
