69A-41.108. Special Requirements

Effective on Wednesday, September 17, 2003

1(1) Each facility shall have installed at least one portable fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A-10BC.

19(2) No unvented fuel-fired heaters shall be permitted unless the heater is listed and approved for such use.
