Effective on Thursday, September 6, 2001

1These rules, comprising rule chapter 69A-43, F.A.C., shall be known as “The Uniform Fire Safety Standards for Transient Public Lodging Establishments, Timeshare Plans, or Timeshare Unit Facilities.”
