69A-43.014. Special Compliance Schedule

Effective on Thursday, September 6, 2001

1All required public lodging establishments, time share plans or time share units shall be sprinklered in accordance with sections 20509.215 21and 22721.24, F.S. 24All systems must have been installed and operational by October 1, 1994, and the Division of the State Fire Marshal will no longer grant any extensions for delayed installations.
