69A-62.031. Right of Entry

Effective on Monday, September 6, 2004

1A firefighter employer shall allow the division, on request and presentation of official credentials, without delay to enter and to inspect any place of employment at any reasonable time for the purpose of assuring compliance with the Act and this rule chapter.
