69A-62.041. Scope

Effective on Monday, September 6, 2004

1Except as provided in Rule 669A-62.042, 7F.A.C., Part IV, of this rule chapter applies only to a firefighter employer of twenty or more firefighter employees or to a firefighter employer of fewer than twenty firefighter employees that the division “identified.”
