69B-150.210. Disclosure of Choice of Benefits

Effective on Thursday, February 25, 1993

1A marketing communication for a basic, standard, or limited health benefit plan or any combination thereof that refers to a choice of the amount of benefits shall disclose that the amount of benefits provided depends upon the plan selected, and that the premium will vary with the amount of the benefits selected.
