69B-151.101. Purpose

Effective on Thursday, February 1, 1979

1The purpose of these rules is to safeguard the interests of persons covered by accident and health insurance policies or plans who are considering replacement of their insurance by making available to them information regarding replacement, thereby reducing the opportunity for misrepresentation or other unfair practices and methods of competition in the business of insurance.
