69B-191.057. Standards for Marketing

  • 1All health insurance agents and sales representatives of the HMO engaged in sales, solicitation, and communication with current or prospective subscribers are bound by the advertising rules set forth in rule 3269O-191.060, 33F.A.C. The HMO is initially, and continues to be, as long as they hold a Certificate of Authority, responsible for the acts of its agents and representatives.
