69B-215.050. Receipt of 24 Risks

Effective on Tuesday, June 9, 2020

1For purposes of an insurer reporting to the Department agents from whom the insurer received more than four (4) risks per calendar year as set forth under Sections 29626.752, 30626.793, 31and 32626.837, F.S., 34the term “received” shall mean the binding of coverage and receipt of payment for such coverage by the insurer to whom the business is submitted by the brokering agent of more than four (4) personal lines risks during a calendar year.
