69B-221.080. Professional Bail Bond Agent; Justification and Sufficiency of Sureties

Effective on Monday, April 14, 1997

1Every professional bail bond agent must justify the sufficiency of their undertaking by attaching to such bail bond only United States Currency, United States Postal Money Order, or Cashier’s Check in the amount of said bond.
