69B-228.260. Timeline for Submissions

Effective on Wednesday, April 12, 2017

1(1) An application must be complete within 60 days of initial submission to the Department or it shall be closed.

21(2) If the Department determines that an application is incomplete, it shall notify the applicant of the deficiencies. If the identifed deficiencies are not resolved within 20 days from the date of the Department’s deficiency notice, the application will be closed.
