1The purpose of this rule chapter is to implement the Department’s duty under sections 15624.307(1), 16626.207(8), 17and 18626.9954, F.S., 20to enforce sections 23626.611, 24626.621, 25626.631, 26626.641, 27626.681, 28626.691, 29626.8437, 30626.844, 31626.8443, 32and 33626.9954, F.S., 35by establishing standards for penalties described in those statutory sections, and interpreting provisions in those sections as they relate to penalties imposed upon licensees specified in rule 6269B-231.020, 63F.A.C.
