69B-232. Penalty Guidelines For Salespersons, Sales Representatives, And Others |
1The following stated penalties shall apply for violations under Section 11634.320, F.S., 13regarding compulsory suspension or revocation of license(s) and appointment(s):
22(1) Section 24634.320(1), F.S. 26–
27(a) Suspension for 12 months if, had the license application been accurate, the application would have been approved subject to Department action, based on the statutes and Department licensing rules applicable to the application at the time the Department issued the license, and the documentation in the applicant’s file at the time the Department issued the license;
84(b) Revocation if, had the license application been accurate, the application would have been denied based on the statutes and Department licensing rules applicable to the application at the time the Department issued the license.
119(2) Section 121634.320(2), F.S. 123– suspension for 6 months.
128(3) Section 130634.320(3), F.S. 132– suspension for 9 months.
137(4) Section 139634.320(4), F.S. 141– suspension for 9 months.
146(5) Section 148634.320(5), F.S. 150– suspension for 6 months.
155(6) Section 157634.320(6), F.S. 159– suspension for 6 months.
164(7) Section 166634.320(7), F.S. 168– suspension for 12 months.
173(8) Section 175634.320(8), F.S. 177– suspension for 12 months.
182(9) Section 184634.320(9), F.S. 186– suspension for 6 months.
191(10) Section 193634.320(10), F.S. 195– suspension for 6 months.
