1The following stated penalties shall apply for violations under Section 11634.321, F.S., 13regarding discretionary suspension or revocation of license(s) and appointment(s):
22(1) Section 24634.321(1), F.S. 26– revocation.
28(2) Section 30634.321(2), F.S. 32– suspension for 3 months.
37(3) Section 39634.321(3), F.S. 41– suspension for 3 months.
46(4) Section 48634.321(4), F.S. 50– suspension for 9 months.
55(5) Section 57634.321(5), F.S. 59– See Rule 69B-232.110, F.A.C.
64(6) Section 66634.321(6), F.S. 68– see Rule 69B-232.150, F.A.C.
