69B-241.010. Purpose

1The purpose of this rule chapter is to implement the Department’s duty under sections 15624.307(1) 16and 17648.26(1)(a), F.S., 19to enforce sections 22648.27, 23648.285, 24648.29, 25648.295, 26648.30, 27648.33, 28648.34, 29648.355, 30648.36, 31648.365, 32648.382, 33648.387, 34648.388, 35648.40, 36648.41, 37648.421, 38648.43, 39648.44, 40648.441, 41648.442, 42648.4425, 43648.45, 44648.50, 45648.55, 46and 47648.571, F.S., 49and all sections of rule chapter 69B-221, F.A.C,. by establishing standards for penalties described in those statutory and rule sections, and interpreting provisions in those sections as they relate to penalties imposed upon licensees specified in rule 8769B-241.020, 88F.A.C.
