69C-1.002. Scope

Effective on Tuesday, March 18, 1980

1These rules establish procedures for the approval of new clearing accounts and continuation of existing clearing accounts. These rules also establish guidelines for the methods and frequency of transmitting moneys to the State Treasury for such clearing accounts.
