1(1) For purposes of the FULL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT codified in Sections 12717.135(3) 13and 14717.1351(2), F.S., 16the mailing address of the Bureau of Unclaimed Property is “State of Florida Department of Financial Services, Bureau of Unclaimed Property, P. O. Box 8599, Tallahassee, FL 32399-1910”.
44(2) For purposes of the FULL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT codified in Sections 55717.135(3) 56and 57717.1351(2), F.S., 59the Internet address of the Bureau of Unclaimed Property is “www.fltreasurehunt.org”.
70(3) For purposes of the FULL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT codified in Sections 81717.135(3) 82and 83717.1351(2), F.S., 85and for purposes of Section 90717.1351(4), F.S., 92the property description obtained from the CD-ROM of claimable accounts obtained from the Bureau of Unclaimed Property may be used as the property category.
