69I-44.003. Eligible Reclamation

Effective on Wednesday, November 30, 1994

1Only those lands designated by rule of the Department as part of the Master Reclamation Plan pursuant to Section 20378.021, 21Florida Statutes, shall be eligible for payment of reclamation costs under these rules.
