69K-15.005. Operational Personnel.

1The term “operational personnel” for purposes of determining those employees, including leased employees not licensed by the Department, required to complete the course mandated by Section 27497.162, F.S., 29are those individuals who come in direct contact with or remove or transport dead human remains, or those individuals who come in direct contact with blood or other body fluids.
