69K-15.006. Reasonable Time for Obtaining Written Permission.

Effective on Sunday, January 8, 1995

1A “reasonable time” for purposes of determining when a licensee or registrant must obtain written permission for the taking of possession of a dead human body or for embalming after oral permission has been granted shall be prior to final disposition of the dead human body.
