69K-24.034. Operating Procedures for Refrigeration Services.

Effective on Monday, September 18, 1995

1Refrigeration services shall establish a system of identification of human remains received. This system shall be designed to track the identity of the remains from time of receipt until delivery of the remains to the authorized persons, or until otherwise disposed of in accordance with instructions from the authorized person.
