69K-6.006. Inspection of Cemeteries

Effective on Wednesday, May 27, 1998

1Inspection of cemeteries will be performed by the Department as often as necessary but not less than once per year. Such inspections shall involve the following:

27(1) Maintenance of the grounds and mausoleums;

34(2) Verification of licenses and notices;

40(3) Safekeeping of records;

44(4) Progress of construction when preconstruction sales have been made;

54(5) Availability of price disclosure lists;

60(6) Confirmation of preneed merchandise and service contracts.
