69L-34. Carrier Report Of Health Care Provider Violations |
Effective on Tuesday, September 6, 2011
1(1) A Carrier shall not submit a Referral Form, DFS-F6-DWC-2000 11http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-00278 13(Effective: August 2011), to the Division to report an alleged violation related to:
26(a) A reimbursement dispute pending a Determination, pursuant to section 36440.13(7), F.S.; 38or
39(b) A petition for medical benefits pending before a Judge of Compensation Claims.
52(2) A referral related to issues identified in subsection (1) is invalid and shall not be investigated.
